Account Unlinking and Data Deletion

Updated: 28 July 2026 (Singapore Time, SGT)

This page explains how to remove a Passkey, request unlinking of a third-party account, delete a verified phone number, or delete your entire towin account and related personal information.

Close your account on the website

  1. After signing in, open Settings — Account and Security and select Close Account.
  2. Enter the confirmation phrase shown on the page and submit it. On success, we immediately revoke all sessions.
  3. Signing in again within three days of submission automatically cancels closure and retains the account and its data.
  4. If you do not sign in again within three days, the account enters an irreversible deletion process and cannot be recovered.

Unlink separately or if you cannot sign in

You can remove a saved Passkey under Settings — Account and Security after signing in. We cannot delete a copy stored in your device's password manager; manage that copy in Apple Passwords or the credential manager you use.

To unlink only one platform, delete a verified phone number, or get help when you can no longer sign in, use the registered email address to contact support@towinsports.com. Provide your towin user ID, if visible, and a masked registered email address or phone number. Do not send passwords, verification codes, original identity-document images or third-party keys. We will first verify control of the account.

You may also withdraw platform authorisation first

You can revoke towin's access from the third-party platform's Apps and Websites or authorisation settings. Revoking access prevents future use of that authorisation but may not delete your towin account. Follow the steps above to delete the identity link we store.

What will be deleted

Ban appeals and deletion requests are different

If you believe a temporary ban is incorrect, go to the Account Appeal page, and submit one appeal using the banned account's verified email address. Appeal records are retained to handle disputes and prevent abuse. Permanent bans cannot be publicly appealed, although a clear enforcement error may be handled through the internal correction process.
